Middle East expert Daniel Pipes told LIGNET in an exclusive interview today that Hamas is not aiming for a military victory over Israel in launching missiles at Jersalem and Tel Aviv but is instead looking to win a public relations battle, by winning sympathy as the victims of Israeli strikes. Based on the anti-Israel statements being made by leaders of Muslim nations, including Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, that plan appears to be succeeding.
